Background Information
Science Park, Innovation and Incubation Centre was created to fill a gap in national development. As a University of Science and Technology, MMUST has researchers working on innovations and inventions across science and technology that can help solve many of our national challenges.
Over the years, these innovations and inventions have accumulated as pages in local and international journals, theses in libraries and edifices in laboratories. SPIIC exists to help move this knowledge beyond documentation and into practical use.

Our Role
The Centre aims to stimulate rapid global industrialization with leading products and services through sponsored research, industry-academia linkages and a state-of-the-art industrial park.
We work with students and researchers to take research from the laboratory to industry, while bringing product challenges from industry back to the laboratory for practical solutions.
